Corona Consulting Group is based in Northern California’s famed wine country, Sonoma County to be specific. We are a boutique management consulting firm focused on digital transformation. Corona Consulting Group works with small and mid-sized B2B companies to leverage technology to accelerate growth with the aid of of technology. Our mission is to help companies sell more products/services to more customers more often.

Message from Our Founder

I am fortunate enough to make a living doing what I love – building and growing businesses. Over the last 25 years, I have had the opportunity to play leadership roles in a variety of organizations from consumer products to software companies, from the fashion industry to telecommunications.

In 2006, my partners and I sold off a turnaround (leveraged management buyout from Hallmark Cards), and I went on to start up a management consulting practice. Working from referrals only, I am proud to have built Corona Consulting Group into a success.

I am a hands-on leader who understands the opportunities and challenges that businesses face in their pursuit of growth: developing strategic advantage, change management, cultivating a winning culture, and operational efficiency.

In the end, I’m a product guy at heart with a penchant for technology. Together my passion and leadership consistently translate into success helping companies sell more products/services to more customers more often.
